After a successful payment is verified by the payment gateway, eligible files or course enrolments are added to the account used for the purchase. You may need to sign in and open the Downloads, Orders or My Learning area to access them. Some payment methods may take additional time to confirm.
If you cannot access a purchase
First sign in using the same email address used at checkout and check your order status. If access is still missing, contact support with your order number and the email address on the account. Do not send your password or payment-card details.
